Day 3

Dear followers,

There is good news and bad news.

The bad one, was that today was so foggy and cold in Zermatt, that I couldn't go to the Schönbiehl refuge. I will try to go tomorrow. The fog was so thick that it remembered me of the late Swiss banking secrecy.

The good one is that you are now reading "day three", 24 hours in advance.

Enjoy the fog.

Today, I chose to walk from Zermatt to Tuftern-Sunnega-Findeln-Grünsee-Riffelalp (2222 m.) and descended (almost) running to Zermatt. It's the longest walk I ever did this time.

It was, in another way, beautiful to practically not see anything.

And, this is the full report of my walk today (you'll read again these words 7 more times, if I remain positive):

Today I am trying colours with that grey day.

From leaving Zermatt on its East (look what I did yesterday on the West mountain!), to ski slopes in Summer, to fog!, to Tuftern, to flowers and... snow, to Sunnega, to the Mosjsee (not even photoshoped, pure Swiss Alp water©®™), to a river (this time there is a bridge), to a colourless Grünsee, to a massive rock slide, to Riffelalp, to a frightening descent in this fabulous mist, to flowers again and to the village!

Vincent

PS: And that's a little bonus, for those who have read the page until the end.

Mountain bighorn sheeps in the village!
